Lid and closure can be easily removed if required. The glass is acid and salt resistant as well as dishwasher safe (note: sealing ring and wire hanger are not dishwasher-safe)
Oil and fatty foods can affect the sealing function and should be avoided. Suitable for ovens with rubber ring up to max. 121°C. , also without rubber ring. Freeze in the freezer to -18 °C; make sure to have enough space in the head space for resistance-free expansion.
